V Y Nails at 4520 Southwest Parkway E, Wichita Falls, Texas.

My wife went in 2 hours before the place closed. She was asked to pay before hand because they had to "cash their drawers out." My wife informed them she was using a card and they still insisted. She was then given a mani and pedi but the end results were horrible! There was nail polish all over her skin around 90% of her nails! She told them before she left she was unhappy with the results and asked to speak to a manager and was just told the manager wasn't on site and that they had to close. She called and message on Facebook to try to get ahold of the manager and no response was given. She tried this for 2 more days and still no response! This is when I stepped in. I went to the nail salon and a lady from one of the tables asked how she could help me. I asked to speak with a manager to my "surprise" there was not manager on site! She wanted me to talk to her about my wife's unsatisfactory experience in front of the person she was doing the nails of! I politely refused and said I would wait till we could step aside and speak in a more private setting. There was more than 7 customers in the building which is why I decided to wait. I didn't go to ruin anyone else's experience who was just trying to enjoy their "me time." So once she finished we went to the front desk where people check out after there service. I told her my wife's experience and that my wife would just like to have her money refunded because she has had nobody try to respond the her about what happened. She was definitely fed up at this point. The lady refused to refund my money. I asked for the manager's number, she refused to give me the number. I asked for the owners number, refused. I asked multiple times and she did not do a thing but refuse to just let me speak with them. I was never once rude to anyone there nor was my wife! I am at the point if they don't refund the money I am going to the BBB for the simple fact they are not willing to be humble enough to admit they messed up and just fix the situation! Some of the worst customer service I have seen in a long time
